How our cleaning is priced
Standard cleaning is billed at a flat hourly rate with a three hour minimum. If your home needs more than one cleaner, you are charged per person, per hour, and we tell you that at the consultation rather than on the invoice.
Deep cleaning, move in and move out, make ready and commercial jobs are quoted after an in-person look. Upholstery fabric, flooring type and counter surfaces all change how long a room takes, and condition changes it more than square footage does.
First cleanings always include some deep cleaning work, scaled to the condition we find. You are not paying for a light pass on a house that has not been touched in a year.
If a job runs long, we stop and call you for approval before we continue. You will never see an hour on an invoice you did not agree to.

What should you know before you book a cleaning?
Do I need a consultation before I can book a cleaning?
Yes, for cleaning and packing services. The consultation is free, takes about an hour and a half, and it is how we see the real condition of your space so we arrive with the right materials and the right number of cleaners. Consultations run Monday through Friday. Saturdays are reserved for cleaning appointments.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the surfaces you use every day: countertops, floors, bathrooms, dusting, trash. A deep clean adds everything inside and behind those surfaces, including inside the microwave, stove and refrigerator, pantries, cabinets, closets, ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, crown molding, windows, porches, patios and cobwebs.
Can more than one cleaner come?
Yes, and for larger homes it is usually necessary. Pricing is per person, per hour, and the number of cleaners is agreed at the consultation so it never surprises you.
How much notice do you need?
For cleaning appointments we schedule around your consultation. For laundry pickup we need 24 hours notice on every service tier, including same day.
