We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payment is handled separately through our booking and payment provider.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver the service you requested, send you the quote and any follow up needed to complete the job, and keep the business records Texas law requires.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

We share only what is necessary with the crew assigned to your job and with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our scheduling and payment systems. They are permitted to use it only to perform that function.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep client records for as long as you are an active client and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email clean@neverwashagain.com and we will respond.

If you receive messages from us that you no longer want, tell us and we will stop.
