How It Works
Built for turn windows
Make ready work is quoted by contract rather than by a published rate, because the number of units, the turn window and the standard you are held to all change the job.
We start with a consultation, agree on a per-unit scope and a per-unit price, and then work to your schedule as units come available. Consultations are required for commercial work of this kind, including short term rental turnovers, construction cleanup and rental property cleanup.
If you also need common areas, hallways, lobbies and amenities maintained between turns, that sits under our commercial contract cleaning, on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule.
