Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book any service from Never.Wash.Again, LLC. Booking a consultation or a service means you accept them.

Cleaning and packing services require a free in-person consultation before an appointment date is set. Quotes are based on the condition of the space at that consultation. If the condition changes materially before we arrive, the quote may change and we will tell you before we start.

Standard cleaning is billed at a flat hourly rate with a three hour minimum. Where more than one cleaner is required, charges are per person, per hour. Deep cleaning, move in and move out, make ready and packing and unpacking carry a four hour minimum. Commercial cleaning is quoted by contract after a site consultation.

If a job requires more time than quoted, we will contact you for approval of the final cost before continuing. You will not be billed for unapproved hours.

Consultations are available Monday through Friday. Saturdays are reserved exclusively for cleaning appointments. All laundry services require a minimum of 24 hours notice, including same day service. Two day laundry runs Monday to Saturday. Same day and next day laundry run Monday to Friday.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. We ask that pets are kept in a gated area or a separate room while our crew works, for their safety and ours. If we cannot access the property or the space is unsafe to work in, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

All laundry must be bagged at pickup. Reusable bags are available at pickup if you need them. Laundry is washed with Tide products unless you tell us in advance that you prefer something else. Please remove items from pockets and tell us about anything delicate or non-standard before pickup.

King comforters, queen comforters and pillows are priced as separate add-ons.

We supply all cleaning products and equipment. For packing services you supply boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap and newsprint paper. We supply cleaning supplies and, on request, markers and labels.

We take care with your property and treat every item as if it were our own. If something is damaged during a service, tell us as soon as you notice and we will work with you to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
