How a commercial contract begins
Every commercial engagement starts with a consultation. We walk the site, agree the scope room by room, and quote against that scope rather than against a square footage table.
When you request a quote, tell us which industry you are in. Requirements differ enormously between a dental office and a warehouse, and the more accurately we scope it the more accurate the price.
We are registered in the federal System for Award Management, which means government and public sector contracts are open to us, and we are a woman and minority owned business, which may matter for your supplier diversity requirements. Commercial cleaning is quoted by contract after a site consultation, not from a published rate. Scope, frequency, site size and industry requirements all change the number, so we walk the building before we price it.
Do you work with government agencies?
Yes. Never.Wash.Again, LLC is registered in the federal System for Award Management on SAM.gov, which makes us eligible for government and public sector contracts. We are also a woman and minority owned business.
Can you clean outside of business hours?
Yes. Schedules are agreed in the contract and set around your operating hours, whether that means early mornings, evenings or weekends.
Do you offer laundry for businesses?
Yes. Salons, barbershops, gyms, spas and fitness centers use our laundry service for towels, capes and uniforms, with same day, 24 hour or 48 hour turnaround windows.
