What we do to an empty unit
Moving is already overwhelming. This is the one part of it you can hand off entirely.

Every room cleaned out
Living areas, dining rooms, offices, bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways, cleaned to a condition the next occupant walks into happily.

Doors, sills, blinds, baseboards
Wet wiped and sanitized. Door knobs, window sills, blinds and baseboards, the four things every inspection checks.

Cabinets inside and out
Kitchen and bathroom cabinets cleaned on both faces, with dirt, grease and grime removed.

Kitchen and bathrooms disinfected
Deep cleaned and disinfected across every surface, the two rooms that decide whether a unit passes.

Microwave, stove, refrigerator
Inside and outside on all three. Tough stains and food residue removed.

Ceiling fans and cobwebs
Fans dusted and cleaned, every cobweb removed, corner to corner.

Garage swept and cleared
Garage floor cleaned and all trash removed, in standard kitchen or contractor bags.

Trash to the curb or dumpster
We do not leave bags in the unit. Everything goes to the curb or the dumpster.

Cleaned and sanitized, with dirt, grime and cobwebs cleared from the outdoor areas.

Pricing
Condition sets the price
Move in and move out cleaning starts at $120 with a four hour minimum. The final price depends on the condition of the unit either after you have moved out or before you move in.
Newer built homes and rental property move ins sit at the lower end of the range. Lived-in homes and units left by previous tenants sit at the higher end. That is not a sales tactic. It is simply how much longer the work takes.
Trash removal is included and measured in standard bags, either 13 gallon kitchen sized or 33 gallon contractor sized.
Consultations are also required for commercial jobs of this type, including short term rentals, construction clean up and rental property clean up.

How much does move out cleaning cost?
Move in and move out cleaning starts at $120 with a four hour minimum. The final price depends on the condition of the unit. Newer builds and rental move ins price lower, lived-in homes and previous tenant turnovers price higher.
Do you clean apartments as well as houses?
Yes. We clean apartments, condos, houses, offices and rental properties. We also handle short term rental turnovers, construction clean up and rental property clean up as commercial jobs, which require a consultation first. Turning units between tenants at scale is our make ready service.
Do you take the trash away?
Yes. All trash is collected and carried to the curb or the dumpster, in either 13 gallon kitchen bags or 33 gallon contractor bags. We do not leave bags behind in the unit.
Is the garage included?
Yes. The garage floor is swept and cleaned and all trash that fits into standard bags is removed.
