How does laundry pickup work?

    Book with 24 hours notice

    Every tier needs a day of notice, including same day service. Tell us the pickup window and whether you want contact or contactless.

  2. 02

    Leave the bags out

    Bag everything up. If you do not have bags, we bring reusable ones to your first pickup. Add your own hangers if you want them used.

  3. 03

    We wash, dry and fold

    Washed with Tide unless you have a preference, dried, folded and hung. All detergent, sanitizer and softener are included in the bag price.

  4. 04

    We bring it back

    It returns to your door on your chosen turnaround, contact or contactless, ready to put straight away.

How does laundry pickup and delivery work?

How much does laundry pickup and delivery cost?

Pricing is per bag by turnaround. Two day service is $25 for a 13 gallon bag and $45 for a 33 gallon bag. Next day is $35 and $55. Same day is $40 and $60. King comforters are $15, queen comforters $10 and pillows $3 each.

How much notice do you need for laundry pickup?

Twenty four hours on every tier, including same day service. Same day means we collect and return within the same day once your booked pickup arrives, not that we can collect within the hour.

What detergent do you use?

All laundry is washed with Tide products unless you tell us you prefer something else. Detergent, sanitizer and fabric softener or dryer sheets are all included in the bag price, and hangers are free for first-time customers.

Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?

No. Both pickup and delivery can be fully contactless. Leave the bags out and we handle the rest.

What days do you run laundry?

Two day service runs Monday to Saturday. Next day and same day service run Monday to Friday.

Can I include comforters and curtains?

Yes. Twin and full comforters, curtains and light blankets go in the bag. King and queen comforters and pillows are priced as separate add-ons at $15, $10 and $3.
