No vague promises. This is the checklist our crew works from, and this is the checklist you can hold us to.
What is included
- All rooms cleaned: living room, dining room, office, bedrooms and foyers
- Kitchen and bathroom countertops cleaned and disinfected
- Desks, keyboards and computer screens cleaned
- All floors and stairs swept
- All rugs, carpet and stairs vacuumed
- All floor areas mopped and disinfected
- Dusting and polishing throughout
- Mirrors and glass cleaned
- All trash emptied, recycled where bins are available
What is not included
- Inside of microwaves, stoves and refrigerators
- Pantries, cabinets and closets cleaned or organized
- Crown molding, baseboards and blinds
- Porches, patios and decks
- Cobweb removal

Cleaning
Kitchens, bathrooms, home office spaces, offices, foyers, bedrooms and dining rooms, including mirrors and glass.

Kitchen and bathroom countertops, high touch surfaces and all mopped floor areas get disinfected, not just wiped.

Keyboards, kitchen countertops, kitchen tables, dining tables, coffee and console tables and desks.

Sweeping and vacuuming
Every floor and every stair swept. Every rug, carpet and stair vacuumed.

Mopping and dusting
All hard floors mopped and disinfected, then dusting and polishing on everything that needs it.

Trash and recycling
Every bin emptied as we work, and sorted into your recycling if the bins are out.
Pricing
Simple, hourly, honest
Standard cleaning is a flat $25 per hour with a three hour minimum, which puts the published starting price at $75. If your home needs two cleaners to finish in a reasonable window, you are charged per person, per hour, and we agree that number at the consultation.
If the job needs more time than we quoted, we stop and call you for approval before we continue. You will never be billed for an hour you did not approve.
Your first cleaning includes some deep cleaning work, scaled to the condition of the home, so you are not paying full rate for a surface pass on a house that needs more.
Consultations are available Monday through Friday. Saturdays are reserved exclusively for cleaning appointments.

Bag it up before we arrive and we will take it with us. Same day, 24 hour and 48 hour turnarounds, from $25 a bag, all supplies included.

Does standard cleaning include inside the oven and refrigerator?
No. Appliance interiors, pantries, cabinets, closets, crown molding, baseboards, blinds, porches, patios, decks and cobweb removal are all part of our Deep Cleaning service instead.
Can I book a standard cleaning without a consultation?
We ask that every client has a consultation first. It is free, it takes about ninety minutes, and it is the only way we can arrive with the right supplies and the right crew size for your home.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Once your first cleaning is complete we can set a repeating schedule that fits your household. Talk to us about frequency at the consultation.
